How it works

BOMs are the bridge between Equipment and Inventory. Each BOM line references a real inventory item, so stock levels, unit costs, and estimated totals roll up automatically. One BOM can be attached to multiple identical assets — change it once, every asset benefits.

The BOM hub gives you a single place to find every BOM in the plant, flag data-quality issues, analyze spend by type, and clone existing BOMs as starting points for new ones. Five BOM types — Standard, Maintenance, Spare Parts, Custom, Consumables — let you organize how your team thinks about parts.

When a work order is generated for equipment with an attached BOM, the parts list can be pre-filled. Bulk reservation pulls every BOM part with one click. When parts run out, alternate substitutes are pre-approved and one click away.
