How it works
Training programs capture the content, duration, validity period, and whether participation is mandatory for applicable personnel. Completion records link the employee, the date, the score, and the instructor. When a training has a validity period, the system calculates expiry automatically and sends renewal reminders to the employee and their supervisor as the date approaches.
Compliance metrics track at three levels — individual, department, organization — and feed into the safety dashboard, reports, and regulatory submissions. Expired certifications count against compliance rates until renewed, so there's visible pressure to close the loop.
