Personal Dashboards

Your home screen, tuned to your work

Widget-based personal dashboards with role-based defaults, drag-and-drop reordering, size control, and permission-aware widget catalog. Every user gets a home screen that matches their day.

How it works

Every user has a personal dashboard that loads on login. Role-based defaults provide a sensible starting layout for managers, technicians, planners, inventory managers, purchasing managers, and safety supervisors. Any user can customize — add widgets, remove widgets, resize them (small, medium, large, full), and drag them around the grid.

Widget management picks which widgets appear. Changes stage locally and save to the database on Save Changes. The dashboard itself handles reordering in Edit Layout mode with drag-and-drop grip handles. Widgets that require permissions the user doesn't have are filtered out of the catalog automatically.

KPI cards, charts, tables, and large widgets cover every operational domain — work orders, equipment, inventory, PM, safety, LOTO, purchasing, budget, documents, and notifications. The Refresh button invalidates every widget's cache for a synchronized update. Reset to defaults restores the role's baseline layout in one click.

What you get

Role-based defaults

Sensible starting dashboards per role so users are productive on day one.

Drag-and-drop reorder

Edit Layout mode enables grip-handle drag across a 12-column grid.

Four widget sizes

Small, medium, large, full — pick what fits each widget's data density.

Permission-aware catalog

Users only see widgets they have permission to render — no confusing dead ends.

Refresh all

One button invalidates every widget's cache for synchronized live data.

Reset to defaults

Restore the role baseline with one click without losing account history.

Common ways it's used

Tuning a manager's dashboard to show the KPIs that drive their weekly review
